Ticket Types & Validity

Tickets are available as Day Passes or Year Memberships.

Day Passes grant access to Ananda Farm for the specific date purchased.

Year Memberships grant unlimited entry during all regular operating days while the farm is open, for one calendar year from the date of purchase.

Attendance & Entry

Guests may attend on any regularly scheduled operating day applicable to their ticket type. Admission is subject to capacity limits, weather conditions, and operational considerations.

Refunds & Rescheduling

All tickets and memberships are non-refundable.
Day Passes may be rescheduled to another available operating date within the same season, subject to availability.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

By purchasing a ticket or entering the property, Guests acknowledge that Ananda Farm is a working farm environment and agree that Ananda Farm is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage occurring on the premises. Guests assume all inherent risks associated with farm activities.

Health & Safety

Guests are expected to follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Irresponsible, unsafe, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Admission Enforcement

Admission may be denied or revoked without refund for violation of farm rules, unsafe behavior, attempted fraud, or misconduct.

Photography & Videography

By entering Ananda Farm, Guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes without compensation.

Ananda Farm
Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS OR ENTERING THE PROPERTY.

By purchasing a ticket, holding a membership, or entering Ananda Farm (“the Farm”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

Guest acknowledges that visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Uneven ground, mud, wet or slippery surfaces, holes, fences, gates, and natural terrain

Interaction with insects, wildlife, plants, and allergens

Participation in activities such as hayrides, attractions, playgrounds, U-pick flowers, and seasonal events

Weather conditions including heat, humidity, rain, wind, and storms

Food and beverage consumption, including risks of allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or alcohol consumption

Exposure to farm equipment, vehicles, and tools

Actions or negligence of other guests, staff, volunteers, or third parties

Guest understands these risks may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death.

2. Assumption of Risk

Guest voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with visiting the Farm and participating in any activities on the property.

3. Release of Liability

Guest agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ananda Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation in activities or presence on the property, including claims resulting from the Farm’s negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Medical Authorization

Guest authorizes Ananda Farm to obtain emergency medical care if necessary and accepts responsibility for all related medical costs.

5. Photo & Media Release

Guest grants Ananda Farm permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken on the property for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

6. Minors

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes all risks and agrees to this waiver on behalf of the minor.

7. Compliance with Rules

Failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions may result in removal from the property without refund.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any legal matter shall be Manatee County, Florida.

9. Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

10. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or participation at Ananda Farm shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Manatee County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Guest waives the right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Florida Agritourism Statute Notice

Pursuant to Florida Statute § 570.89:

WARNING: Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, HOLDING A MEMBERSHIP, OR ENTERING THE FARM, GUEST CONFIRMS THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
