The remaining 50% will be charged the night before the party.

Every guest must be 21+ with a valid ID to consume alcohol at Ananda Farm.

Outside food is not permitted with the exception of a birthday cake for those with a party package booked through Ananda Farm directly. Due to food safety reasons, we are unable to refrigerate or store any cakes.

Cancellation Policy: All party cancellations will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Within 7 days of an event, the 50% deposit becomes nonrefundable.

Packages are based on a total of up to 15 guests. Discounts will not be given for those with less than 15 people in their party.
Liability Waiver:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Ananda Farm is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises. Visitors assume all inherent risks associated with activities on the farm.

WARNING

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Visitors are expected to adhere to common safety practices and refrain from any irresponsible or harmful behavior.

Admission Conditions:
Admission may be denied or revoked without refund for inappropriate behavior, attempting scams, or violating farm rules.

Photography and Videography Consent:
By entering Ananda Farm, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
