ANANDA FARM EVENTS
TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND WAIVER

Ticket Types and Validity
Tickets are sold per event and grant access only to the specific experience, date, time, and areas listed on the ticket.

Limited Access Events
Some events take place while Ananda Farm is otherwise closed or allow access only to designated areas of the property. Ticket holders may only access the areas associated with their purchased event. Entry into other areas or attractions is prohibited.

Refunds and Rescheduling
Tickets are non-refundable. If an event is impacted by weather or operational changes, guests may be offered the opportunity to attend on another available date, at Ananda Farm’s discretion.

Admission and Conduct
Admission may be denied or revoked without refund for unsafe behavior, failure to follow staff instructions, or violation of event rules.

Photography and Videography
By attending an event, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the following waiver and release of liability.

ANANDA FARM
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS OR ENTERING THE PROPERTY.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Ananda Farm (“the Farm”), the ticket holder (“Guest”) agrees to the following:

Acknowledgment of Risks
Guest acknowledges that attending events at a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, natural terrain, mud, vegetation, insects, wildlife, plants, allergens, weather conditions, use of tools or equipment related to specific events, exposure to farm equipment or vehicles, consumption of food or beverages including alcohol where applicable, and the actions or negligence of other guests, staff, volunteers, or third parties. Guest understands these risks may result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

Assumption of Risk
Guest voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with attending any event or being present on the property, regardless of whether the Farm is fully open or partially closed during the event.

Release of Liability
Guest releases, discharges, and holds harmless Ananda Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in events or presence on the property, including claims arising from the negligence of the Farm to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limited Access Acknowledgment
Guest acknowledges that event tickets allow access only to designated areas of the property. Entry into restricted areas or participation in non-ticketed activities is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

Medical Authorization
Guest authorizes Ananda Farm and its representatives to obtain emergency medical care if deemed necessary and agrees to be responsible for all related costs.

Photo and Media Release
Guest grants permission to Ananda Farm to capture and use their likeness in photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Minors
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes all risks on behalf of the minor and agrees to these terms.

Compliance with Rules
Guest agrees to follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Manatee County, Florida.

Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or participation in events at Ananda Farm shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Manatee County, Florida. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Guest waives the right to bring claims in court or participate in a class action.

Florida Agritourism Statute Notice
WARNING: Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THE PROPERTY, GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
